Bureaucrats can already remove interface-admin. I think you meant admin here.

Comment: Nemo_bis (1) and Sannita (2) are the only people entitled by the it.wiki community to manage the Mailing list (3). Please check the administration status and restore their status, if compromised. Please take note of current mail that are in the panel and keep the record for the WMF Legal office, just in case.
