Thanks for looping, David! I think for data integrity's sake, what Eileen said makes sense. I'm just curious (no urgency) - can we quantify approximately how many or what percentage of the list this might happen to?
Nov 6 2020
I have Briana on this task right now, will check with her on Monday if that's an okay deadline to QA this?
Oct 28 2020
@EYener there are quite a few actually. if you take a peek into our stats sheet, you'll notice a few segments that have an unusually high number of blocks (column J) compared to most of the other segments within the same cluster of sends.

My main questions around this are:
Oct 19 2020
ohh thanks for the clarification @KHaggard re: all_funds_ and both_funds_. you mentioned that before and I forgot the two systems have different nomenclature. will chat with you on Slack about where I found those numbers.
Oct 18 2020
hi @Ejegg , just a quick note: we're looking for integers with no decimal point for both_funds_donation_count field
Oct 16 2020
Hoping this gets fixed before Sunday, preferably, when our first email 2 sends are going out.
Oct 9 2020
FWIW, I took a look at our unique opens vs our total opens and this little blip did show up but it seems it was only for this one user as the difference is only higher by ~1k so nothing concerning. It happens quite often with some of our sends. I noticed this donor also has a fairly unique email client so it might just be email client behavior.
If there isn't a technical explanation, some possible reasons for this might be:

Thank you so much Elliott!

@Ejegg sure, I've got a handful just from clicking randomly around the database:

some more context provided by Kristie (and tagging in @MBeat33 if you can provide even more), this issue happened before a few years ago and a fix was put in place. could the updates to Civi have caused this fix to break in some way?
I've decided to delay the send to go out Monday Sept 7 so there is more time to fix this issue.
Aug 26 2020
Just spoke with Nora on the Civi call - big green light to get rid of the subsidiaries column and _only_ the subsidiaries column. All the other columns are fine.
Aug 25 2020
From my understanding, the only usable columns we have that can be pulled into the email automation are:

I checked Acoustic and Civi this morning, and both are still showing the incorrect value for the latest_currency field.
Aug 18 2020
i see the error in the US (language: fr) using the first link in this phab task.
Adding just a few CID examples we saw discrepancies for, but there are a lot. All had 2019 contributions in EUR but AF_latest_currency was showing up in USD:

Ah gotcha. will wait for the ping from Elliot or Maggie. Thanks yall!
Jul 24 2020
@DStrine I wanted to double check: I see 1 or 2 cases still open but most have been resolved. May I proceed with the list import into Acoustic?
Jul 20 2020
@DStrine it seems we actually might need to do some updating on our end. Received the below email this morning. Brian from Trilogy is helping track down which URLs, if needed. Will update the ticket with his findings accordingly.
Jul 16 2020
I got an email from Acoustic today regarding updating certificates. wanted to share in the event that it is applicable here:
Jul 8 2020
Hi yall - had to re-open this as I'm not seeing more than a row in the relational table we set up in Acoustic. Are we supposed to be grabbing the file from the FTP?
If yes, what’s the file name so we can grab that and set up the import? Thank you!
Jun 29 2020
thanks for the update David
Jun 17 2020
@Eileenmcnaughton we have a quick last minute change here - please do not delete the latest_currency_symbol field. i'm going to push to have that field working for us so it can address Caitlin's pain points in the original phab task. apologies for the last minute change!
Just a heads up: Acoustic planned upgrades have been rescheduled to occur on Saturday, June 27 between 12am and 4am ET. Users will experience downtime or inability to access Acoustic Campaign Pods 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Pod 9.

Thank you Elliot!

Hi @RLazarus - Confirming that yes, this account is working and I'm able to access Superset. thank you for closing the loop here.

We have one test going out tomorrow that contains this language - I included dynamic content to differentiate between "this badge - questo distintivo" and "these badges - questi distintivi".

This is complete now.
Aug 5 2019
yes, we added them on Thursday. our consultant took a look at the import yesterday and it looks like the import results summary is reading the proper amounts again and i've run some queries this morning - everything looks to be fixed. this weekend's results were all good. thank you everyone!

Hi all - looks like IBM hit another snag during the civi export/import. The database upload is showing the same file being uploaded for both the contact source and unsubscribes since 10/21 (file name: DatabaseUpdate-20181221081750.csv and Unsubscribes-20181221081750.csv). Please let me know if any further info is needed on my end.

all works now, thank you!
yup that's current! the US number is perfect to send the SMS to. also, if you have the instructions for how to get that set up - I saved it in my bookmarks but can't seem to find it anymore.
Found it! Sorry I missed it, it's been a hectic few months. I am stateside currently. Should I share my mobile number in IRC or email?

RE: #2 - can confirm, there was no pop-up when first connecting to Dash.
Hmm...I think I'm missing something. I tried multiple browsers and got the same result (see attached screenshot).

Hi @Ejegg! I do have access to Civi, but don't seem to get any type of login page at all when clicking on that dash link. Only the following:
