Hello,
I can reproduce this issue when i am using mediawiki 1.41 and DrawioEditor from "Master (latest development version). This issue occur when i start the visual editor. If i disable the DrawioEdior the Error is gone.

For me it is as well required.
After I added some additional extensions I have to install php-composer which requires to unzip the downloaded files.
