I think expanding the header to fit the wrapped name (or reducing the font size instead) is the best choice here, though not sure if that's doable.

Unassigning myself as I feel that this task (as originally proposed) would add unnecessary complexity to the script. Working with the 2010 editor is fine, but the 2017 wikitext editor is just too much of a beast for me (btw, how would we even do this for the core editor?). No opinion on adding a link to Page tools, I could do it if there's a consensus for it.

Since OOUI is getting deprecated soon in favor of Codex, I think we should wait until Codex has matured enough to be used in gadgets (doing the transition to OOUI now and later having to do it again for Codex is just redundant.

As far as I know, no other gadget is affected, so I wanted to see what in rater.js causes this. The broken styling seems to be a result of this line: https://github.com/evad37/rater/blob/2bb3b81d097f38c0e198928d08e6b1e1ffd32ac5/rater-src/css.js#L39

I don't understand what this position: static; is supposed to do. On the skins where it isn't broken, as far as I can tell, all it does is hide the background in a very roundabout way. Can it be replaced with background: none;?
