I've made a brief suggestion of how it could look like and what to focus on. John has read it through and had some suggestions and Axel and me have had a meeting about it. Axel pointed out, for example, that perhaps we don't need to use numbers when we create the different parts because that will make the participants think that they will have to do things in a special order. His suggestion was that we only could give the different parts a name correlated to it's subject. During the fifth of June we are going to have a meeting with the editors of Digiteket.

You'll find it here https://wikimediasverige.wordpress.com/2019/05/29/wikimedia-priset-2019/ I had a dialogue with Magnus, the winner of the prize, and he wrote some answers about things relevant to the prize that was in the blogpost. Then I wrote the blogpost and made a post about it at FB and Bybrunnen. I think that this blogpost should have been done earlier, perhaps during the week after Wikipedia-dagen. This is something that we need to think about 2020.
The submission is made and we have a plan for the workshop.

I have made a first plan for the workshop. My intentions are to create a workshop that involve some parts that demands some kind of engagement from the audience/participants. We really want it to be a moment when we can share knowledge and experience.

I think we'll need to discuss how much more time and effort we will put into this? Right now #1lib1ref doesn't fly. What do we think? Should we contact librarians through twitter?
I have had a short dialogue about this with Olle. He wrote that Sara was more engaged in choosing articles than in giving feedback.

I've read the articles and gave the two teachers involved some notes about the students work.
It's a bit hard to evaluate their work without having a dialogue about what to evaluate. This needs to be more specific to be well done. I will try to reach Olle T at Uppsala University to speak with him about this.

All of this has been done and the campaign #1lib1ref is getting closer. We'll hope that this effort will have some good effects on the commitment during the campaign. Axel, Tore and me had a lesson with tutorial of how to edit the 8 of March and there weren't so many participants (3) but those three could really ask the questions that they needed answer for. It was also good to meet them online because it helped us to understand some difficulties in the material about #1lib1ref that perhaps needs to be added.

It's done and you will find it at the drive.
This was very important to have. It took some time to manage to do the diploma because the former one was saved as a PDF. I will save down the new template on the right spot at google drive.
We wanted to create some curiosity around the event. It's hard to tell if we managed to do that but I think that we worked more intense in social media around both Wikipedia-day and the annual meeting than we usually do.
I also think that we managed to highlight the event in social media during the day. This feels important, not only because it's important to create visibility around the theme and the day, but also because we want to give our guests and lecturer some attention.
Axel and me had the presentation during a meeting with the whole office. It went well and you can find it at google drive.
The education at Volontärbyrån gave us many ideas about what we would like to do in our future work with our volunteers.
I asked for a quotation from two restaurants, "SWAJ" and "ett litet kök". We have hired "ett litet kök" before but this time I chose "SWAJ". They handled it well and we didn't have any complaints about the food.
Everyone seemed to be pleased and happy.

This is a task that will have to be done during a meeting or after a meeting with our partners in this event.
We've had our meetings with the Foreign Ministry department and have started preparations for WikiGap after that.
