Hello all. This is urgent. We cannot upload pictures by GWT and we're just waiting until this task is solved. Can please somebody fix the broken renaming for "user:Archives cantonales jurassiennes" or just tell us, when exactly this can be done.

Ok, then actually the wrong task. The problem actually are still the missing thumbnails and what the Basel University Library is waiting for.

It would be great if the renaming on all projects can be done until end of this week. Next week we would like to test uploads and I really prefer not to create another account because the chosen name "Archives cantonales jurassiennes" is the official name.

@MBq: But this is only a workaround. Inconsistent SUL accounts shouldn't exist.

Maybe it is caused by the same bug.
Then just fix it! Every GLAM which we work with by Wiki-GLAM coorperations are reporting that issue! This is not a good advertisement for WMF when you let wait the GLAM responsibles.
It is not a copy of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T87318 because they are real multipage tiffs.
This is important for GLAM. If it is just "low" it will never be solved.

Thank you very much! I will inform the responsible people that they can test the upload like they have planned it.
The responsible people are working on different projects here and then they have a timeslot to do the required tests for upload by GLAMwiki Toolset. Things have to be scheduled in the business world. This is not a volunteer world here in the University Library where people only act if they feel like doing something. If we're not whitelisted, we cannot do the tests and then we cannot upload by time and the upload will be delayed, postponed or canceled.
Can somebody add it to the whitelist now? We need it tomorrow. Thanks
