Any sense on how we restore this data? Michael has a phab task in asking that all prospect information be automatically merged which will save the data from this in the future. However, we are starting to put together lists of donors we (Major Gifts & Endowment) want to suppress from fundraising emails by end of next week. We're using the Net Worth data points as criteria for this list.

@Eileenmcnaughton I don't know if these spaces exist around the email in civi. We are running into this issue when we export emails. The CSV that we get has spaces at the end of the emails in the cell.

I do not have a yubikey. My server access has only been to Fundraising up to this point. I have the Viscosity VPN set up on my laptop that allows me to connect automatically. Can I continue using this for access?
Yes! As we've been discussing merging processes across teams we've realized that there might be a risk to losing this data. To be safe having it automatically move would be great.
Yes this would be super helpful. We (MG&E) generally use the name data from the most recent donation and save any other name variants in the nickname field.

@Eileenmcnaughton Yes please overwrite the existing net worth field. Some of the ones you listed above were created before the Targetsmart data was being imported. They are not being used consistently at the moment and we'd rather have the up to date TS data instead.

@Eileenmcnaughton So is it possible to have ALL of them? We're just thinking that even if we don't add them to our summary screen view it would be great to be able to search and export these types of calculations when we are reviewing prospect lists.
For example, Danny is really interested in being able to search for donor sets that might have had an increase of $500 between two calendar years.

No. There is only a small handful (5 or 6) donations made from non-English speaking countries a year.

@mepps It's a great question and I just mentioned this to Caitlin V yesterday. The company we are thinking about working with after testing would integrate their own search box into our donation form. This would be an automatic lookup that would result in an automatic email being sent to the donor after the donation form has been submitted with the matching gift company details and links to start the process.

@Eileenmcnaughton Leanne and I were trying to figure out some Engage discrepancies and I ran the contribution search for those in the trash. A few online donations came back (one was $2500) and a stock gift I had entered.

I was able to restore all of the gifts that came from engage but if I run the same search going back to 1/1/2016 there are about 282 contacts in the trash. Not sure how we would go through these to see which ones need to be restored.

@Eileenmcnaughton You ARE the best. It works great. I tested it a few times with different civi records.
@Eileenmcnaughton Yes! I added the contact ID back into the block we originally wanted it to live in. Have been able to edit the other field around it without issue.
@Eileenmcnaughton Yes! I have tested it out on a few profiles (individual and org) and it looks great. I think we can wait for the fix as no one has really caught it besides me.
@Eileenmcnaughton Yes I can confirm those are each individual issues we've encountered
- I created a separate block for the ID to live with the contact source since these are things that do not change
- yes - also no biggie but we lost the ability to have color coded tags :(
- yes - I have also removed the current employer from the custom block we were using and am now relying on the Key relationships block - only issue is that it is not right next to the Job Title field
@Eileenmcnaughton I've moved things around a little on the contact screen to accommodate for the time being. I think the most important thing for us was not so much that it was at the top but that the original screen allowed the fields "current employer" to be grouped with "job title"

@Eileenmcnaughton Sorry to tack on more to this task but is there a way to fix this?
I am editing the Prospect field Next Steps from the Summary Screen and cannot seem to get it just to show me the text I inserted.
@Eileenmcnaughton I spoke too soon. I still can't edit tags. Also, if I enter an employer on the summary screen and save The relationship then appears as both Current and Inactive at the same time.
@Eileenmcnaughton That makes sense! Thanks for figuring that out. It seems to be working for me now. I just added another block that contains only the Contact ID since like you said it's not editable.
