Just as a note, the two votes mentioned by @AramilFeraxa have now concluded with two new bureaucrats being appointed. This brings the number of pl.wiki 'crats to a total of 5.

Yes, exactly. Right after I click "Publish changes", the edit is saved (can be seen if the article is opened in the new window), but the window that was used for editing is going back to the editing in source mode without the new changes visible. It is as if the edit never happened, and I clicked "Edit source"
