There's the official documentation on mediawiki.org, there's books on wikibooks (outdated), there's tutorials on different language wikipedias (outdated), there's pages on several wikia wikis (outdated), there's botwiki (outdated), and there's the 'pywikibot wikia' which is also outdated.
