P.s. In general, too much automation is worse than absence of automation. Rather than impose navigation links, please consider providing optional navigation for the coder to choose. That would leave the possibility of adding customized navigation without the complication of suppressing unwanted automation. Thanks, ... PeterEasthope

Some problems are best solved by simplification rather than complexification. Appears to be the situation here. Multiple browsers with various font selections. Multiple skins. JavaScript playing behind the scene. Multiple human preferences: "I don't want to see serifs.", "There's no bold font for the character set I use." ... etc., etc.
Firefox in Linux Debian 11 here. The skin is default. Vector according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Skin .

If the Wizard is invoked by Epiphany Web 3.6.1 in the OLPC OS customized Redhat, the upload appears to complete but there is no "Next" button for progress to release of rights.

Here the upload Wizard fails at Next when invoked in Debian 9 with firefox-esr 60.2.1esr-1~deb9u1. Regards, ... Peter E.
