Got it, thanks @cwdent. Katie already has the Yubikey, but may need help configuring ssh. If anyone could reach out to her o gchat and help with that it would be super appreciated :)
Thanks @cwdent , Katie will start working with Donor Support and Email teams, so she needs access to Civi and the terminal to take reports.

Hi all. Any info I can provide to be helpful here? :) Thanks!

Hi all. My wikitech name is Patspena. Thanks!

Update: the networks started charging us penalties for trnxs not canceled within 72 hrs. Donor Services won't have the bandwidth to look at these, let alone cancel them individually/manually. I'm talking to Ingenico about the possibility of creating a batch cancel at the console, but not sure its possible. An API that runs automatically and cancels unsettled requests every 60 hrs would be a better option. Could we look into this anytime soon?
Mar 7 2017
... only allowing these in when they actually settle (BPay/IDEAL style) :)

@awight PP EC seems to be a better experience overall (UI, reporting, and support), so we can start with JP/JPY (or any convenient country) and open it up to all countries when we feel comfortable with it.
Feb 3 2017
@Ejegg I don't remember intentionally changing it, so I support keeping an interstitial page alerting donors to the currency conversion- that's a better and more clear flow.
Jan 17 2017
I can ask them about it, but I'm not sure this would be the best option (and I think there's a reason for the current flow).

@Pcoombe good catch!

@Ejegg yes pls push that through and let us know. Thank you!
Thanks @Ejegg . Can you confirm that the fields being removed are city and state?
And if so, are we passing anything to Adyen on those fields? I want to make sure to explain the changes to Adyen correctly.
Oct 31 2016
@Nirzar thanks so much for this detailed work- it's great! I agree with all of it, although we cannot change anything within the iframe. Was thinking on the card buttons... they do look better, but do we need to keep the 'radio' button at all? Couldn't we just add a bigger version of the card icon, and make them blue to show selection? I think it would be even sleeker :)
Oct 27 2016
Yes, its currently called Ingenico Connect (old NAMI) and the guides should be within the current console. Let me know when this is planned to start and I can get more info from Ingenico when needed.
Sep 1 2016
@awight On it :)
AFAK this can be controlled by us if we use a different kind of integration, like Client side encryption (Adyen) or Silent post (WP). I dont remember whats called in Ingenico. That's why we engaged this companies to eventually have control over this part of the form. We are currently blocked by our current PCI set up.
Adyen does not support iframes, and we knew it from the time we first integrated with them. We have tailored their hosted page into looking like an iframe so that it would be similar to GC for testing purposes, but the intention here is to integrate further into their Client side encryption in the future.

That's a good point. Could we autofill but show anyways and give donors the chance to change if they want to?

Thanks for the question guys. I don't recognize the shop@ email... I sent a test email to try and figure out who is receiving it and if its still active. Do you have a list of people who are receiving it, apart from board@?
Also, who is this 'board'? Wikimedia board??
Mar 2 2016
@Dzahn got it, thanks for explaining in plain english, Dan ;)
Hi @Chmarkine. We don't have anyone with a tech/ops background working for the store at the moment < waiting volunteers> :)!!

Just updating this ticket with the main countries that would benefit from having a functional offline BT option for DS and WTG:
Latests news from Ingenico is that they are unable to process CAD for Discover, as its no longer a currency and product combination available. Closing this ticket.
Feb 26 2016
@CCogdill_WMF I'm not sure what you mean, I see https throughout the entire flow of the store? Could you confirm?

FYI this is broken within GC and we should not add until they confirm its fixed :)

@Juro2351 was Michael Beattie's <firstname.lastname@example.org> old account. He created the new account @MBeat33 a few months ago. I confirmed with him that @MBeat33 is the correct and most updated account to use.
Sure- how can I help? What can I provide to help?
Dec 25 2015
That's correct. I think we only need to change in the UI (customer facing). They shouldn't care what we call them internally :)
Dec 23 2015
@atgo yes! :)

GC is requesting additional currency for CAD Discover. I will let you know when its done! :)

As Victoria explained on ticket T92438, the rename of the Store was part of a bigger revamp that included new website branding, social media, new merchandise and new engagement projects. The name change had the goal of improving brand recognition and getting more eyes in the store, so that we can actually sell enough merchandise to support its engagement projects. The changes that were made have been crucial to the success of the store. Previously, the store did not sell enough merchandise to support its engagement projects.

Paypal double checked this information and they show that all payments, specifically for the time period of February 2013 to current, have all completed successfully to Wikimedia. I have attached a log of payments made that includes dates, times and amounts provided by Paypal here.
Dec 2 2015
I will send it off to GC
Nov 19 2015
@jrobell yes, GC doesn't have Ukrainian, but Adyen does. I'm working to see if we can get UAH with them...
Nov 16 2015
@atgo This will become a huge pain during Big English. Can we check on it this week?
@MBeat33 this is so weird. We never saw this before and had that field there forever. What country is this coming from? Maybe we should change something in the banner or the way we present the information instead?
Oct 23 2015
As a bit of context here: These forms worked with a few % lower success rate than our current forms. The way its integrated the 3rd party cookies were affecting many donors who ended up not being able to donate. So if we end up considering the same integration for Adyen, we need to be aware that the success rate/conversion rate will be lower than usual.
Oct 15 2015
@Mbeat what is the final count of people affected so far?
Oct 10 2015
Awesome - thanks for clarifying. I will add this to the iframe changes request I sent them :)
Oct 9 2015
Are you sure? I've always thought that the bug, blue "Continue" button at the end of the iframe is on our side. It looks really similar to out flow, so I feel we at least have control over the CSS and text, so that we could change it and send them a new CSS sheet with a different word? But maybe I'm wrong. can someone confirm?
Not sure if this was the original point o this ticket, but it would be good (not launch blocker) to change the text of the Button from CONTINUE to DONATE.

@jrobell Thanks for all this data. I will send it over to WP, as this is all part of the iframe and they have control over it.
adding by Awhight request: Thinking about AMEX processing with merch ID 200639. Trying to think how to send the form country to WP, so they can differentiate processing for France versus other countries. Main thing is to be able to block non-french cards for France, but allow all cards for the rest of the world. example:
Looks good! Closing the task :)
I think we could try to get the current CONTINUE button to say DONATE, just like we did with Amazon?
Waiting to hear from WP, but most probably if they have a fix (and are able to receive this info from us versus iframe), it may not be right away.

That's correct. Its important for Astropay but also to have a correct idea of how much money we have from our international donations, as the conversion we currently apply manually for the reconciliation is far from accurate.
