Which integration type are you using? Components / Drop-in or APIs?
A screen recording showing the issue. Please make sure to have the Developer Tools open on the Console and Network tab so that we can see if any error is being displayed.

@AnnWF - For CL - The cash payment method is not appearing on the donation form.
Please let me know how can we test that? Ty.@AnnWF - The tester in Brazil tried to use Mastercard which serves both as Credit and Debit but when she completed the donation, there was no option to select debit and our process automatically used it as credit. CID: 11340928. Can you please let me know how can donor select debit function of the same card which can be used both as credit and debit?

This is great, thank you. So the subscriptions that are not billed after April, are already rejected three times, for example: CID: 45016267, should not this be in "Canceled" status now? So basically, after how many tries will the subscription moves to "canceled" status?
I took the list of recurring created between April-June 2023 which is around 2500 subscriptions. I checked a sample size of 100 manually and 98/100 were canceled. We would like review the list of canceled donations so that we can analyse the reasons for cancelations and assess if we need to reach out to these donors to ask them to restart. Also, the pre-notifications are being sent even for canceled recurrings so dLocal team needs tokens dlocal returned in the subscription creation to stop sending pre-notifications.

@AKanji-WMF - The issue is that these donors have not been billed yet after their first debit when we were on Monthly option, so we need to either find a way to start their billing by moving them to On Demand or cancel their subscription and ask them to restart. @Cstone - Can you please point me to search kit so that I can get the data.

I ran a report and do see 350+ Carte Bancaire transactions in Refused status in the Adyen console. The reason code is Acquirer response
3D Not Authenticated (3d-secure 2: Authentication failed).

By email I am searching in Civi. I get the email from Adyen after searching with the PSP reference number provided in the chargeback notification email that I receive.

Hi - I sent the below link to the tester to make a test donation. After completing the donation, the tester received the TY email that she sent to me and I forwarded the same to @CDenes_WMF . So I the tester received the Spanish-SPAIN copy instead of LATAM copy.

I am unable to download if the number of rows are higher . I tried with ~30k lines, it took forever and did not download. After 10 mins of waiting, I canceled the download and split the query to download lesser data. I was able to download ~15k lines.
