There’s no widespread “Discover credit card” issued in India like Visa or Mastercard. Although users from other countries can use Discover card on partner networks like Rupay or Diners. So in you case Michael, probably Discover used partner network letting the transaction go through.

Right, I am suggesting to disable donations from BG until Jan'26. We discussed this briefly during leads call but we can re-confirm with all stakeholders.

From Adyen- "Note that we're currently in the overlap period (as of Aug 8th) in which Bulgarian merchants must list both currencies. Enforcement is a little looser at the moment but beginning Oct 8th it will become far more strict. Then the official switch to EUR happens on Jan 1st."- So we need to changeover to EUR on 1st Jan 2026 and prior to that we can take down the donation form for BG.

As we have moved cards traffic to Adyen direct since yesterday (26th June) I am not sure if this is due to Gr4vy. Also, this has been raised to Gr4vy on slack channel. Here is the response:

Cambodia - supported via Adyen accepted currency KHR.
Moldova - Not supported via Adyen so it is unaccepted country.
Iceland - Supported via Adyen but the currency should be EUR since the settlement does not happen in local currency.

They may be for major gifts.

The valid format for a ZIP code can vary by country, but for India, it must be exactly 6 digits (e.g., 110001).

UPI declines are happening due to various reasons, such as invalid addresses, incorrect zip codes, and the use of invalid characters.

We are still seeing drop off for iDeal on 28th Aug after the deployment of ideal 2.0.

@CaitVirtue - I am not sure how would you like to make it work for Major Gifts since I am not sure if we ever had INR 250K for a single donation from India. About how donor would perceive, it is a common practice to ask/give PAN for any transaction more than INR 50K so we should be good there. Let me know if you would like to jump on a call to talk through this.

Apologies for any confusion. 207079947.1, 207079770.1 and 207079547.1 were test transactions and none of them were refunded. I was traveling on Wed hence could not refund them. Now, I see them as charged back. Do you know why they were charged back @Cstone @SHust

CID: 63627189 - This should have another transaction on 17th May since it is a recurring transaction in the dLocal console but I do not see any attempt made between 17th - 20th May. Is it the impact of this change?
