1 - Identified an issue where, apparently, early cloud imports weren't correctly marked as valid. Updated database; specified wikis now appear. However, some are not marked reuse, which we recently started filtering the frontend on, so they will not appear in the frontend.

3 - Noticed a recent bug in the scraper that was causing an issue with the cloud instances update. Issue resolved; specified Wikibases are now found.
