I have the same issue on es.wiki. I am unable to add this user to the confirmed users user group because it does not appear. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:PermisosUsuarios/Tlakwilo

It has happened again, now by @Einsbor. Account https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Zlazstadpieroniebomiurwieszkabelodinternetu was deleted. Has something changed, or is this a coincidence? Btw, when would we need that option nowadays? Couldn't we place it somewhere less visible (or even disabling it?).

Thank you, @Legoktm & @MarcoAurelio, for sorting this out. My apologies for messing up.

I have no idea how that could have happened. I intended to lock the account, possibly skipped a button too far. My apologies for the mess.

Depending on the risk of having a rename in this timespan, an easier form of disabling it is probably by removing the "centralauth-rename" right from the global-renamers and stewards user groups on meta temporarily.
And possibly an easier solution to disabling the whole thing is temporarily removing the "centralauth-rename" flag from the metawiki local usergroups.
All but two global renamers receive mails sent to the renamers mailing list. Whether they read these mails is not certain, but in previous cases of renames getting stuck the list has been effective with one exception.

Per T136533, I'd say this isn't really beneficial - the editcount says enough about the involvement in most cases, and adding extra data might make it less clear. Specifically file uploads are not really meaningful information, and my guess would be that it will add mostly columns with a lot of zeros and maybe a number on commons. I don't believe this is information that's necessary to be seen in the blink of an eye, and as file uploads are also counted as edits, looking a bit further might provide answer to what you are looking for.

These accounts are still in process of being renamed, can they be fixed? Not sure if I got all of them, though.

It seems (according to CentralAuth) that that specific rename has been completed, but the issue with the GlobalRenameProgress page remains.

If I understand it correctly, the infobox "does not show" a link to various templates ([[Vorlage:Infobox Hochschule/Mitarbeiter fehlt]], [[Vorlage:Infobox Hochschule/Logo fehlt]]), possibly as a way to track the pages with missing data through WhatLinksHere.

Afaics, it's not unanimous, 2-1 (the last comment is opposing) with a reasoning. I don't exactly know what this is about (I'm currently on mobile), but if it requires consensus, I do not believe this consensus is representative.

Hi! Great tool, with some minor issues, which I have listed below. No idea if it's the right place, I'm a bit lost now. It could be that a part of this is related to T76774.
