Can I get my issues resolved and then fill the details on etherpad?

I am currently working on using the Mediawiki API to export pages, I haven't explored how to use dumps to export pages. After exploring both the methods I will reproduce them with another Pythonanywhere account.

I faced some issues in installing wikiwho and currently I am studying about AWB, database scanner, exporting text and editing history of pages wrapped in xml and also Wikipedia guidelines & policies. What next am I supposed to do?
