List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable): Go to Beta Then enable video player Then play a video, like this one: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:STS-107,_Space_Shuttle_Columbia_launch.ogv What happens?: The video is breaking (not being displayed correctly) What should have happened instead?: The video should have been slightly clear, I am not expecting it to be crystal clear because it is in beta.

The issue quoted is spreading more in the video

'Break' means not being displayed correctly. Such issues include colour errors, distorted video etc.
I am facing both issues shown above as examples
