Is the comment of the task also the place to put in a first draft - as a work in progress?

Hi Aklapper, I am finally done with setting up vagrant. I indeed put it here more like a personal task for myself, or to remind me and my others, what else I'm busy with. Is that ok? But I had a lot of issues setting up vagrant, so I got a lot of help in the community vis MediaWiki-General and #opw (we also set up a task for one single issue).
I finally succeeded. So would here be a good place to sum up and write, what solved the problem for me? thanks for advice.

@Qgil yes we were talking about how to organise the tasks yesterday on a video call, that's when Sage created the task for the bug he assigned to me to get an idea and feeling about the whole environment. I tried added some more tasks on the research .. hope, this is ok, so far?
