Comment by a frustrated Wikipedian.
en.wikipedia.org has recently put a captcha on its login page. This has blocked many editors with an assistive reader from editing Wikipedia any more (unless you are lucky today and your IP address is not currently rangeblocked).
May I suggest options to send a voice transcript of the letters either by immediate media playback or phone. The phone solution works well for me where I need 2FA (My landline delivers all texts as voice anyway). A third option would be to send the letters to the email account registered for the account.
By offering multiple response options, more users will be able to work at least one of them.

I would endorse the comments by '''Tgr''' so far as they go, but it is important to remember that making a collection is a necessary prerequisite to pulling it form MediaWiki2LaTeX. Also, the collection extension was originally intended to build reading lists, whether for offline reading as a "book" or online reading simply as a more functional alternative to bookmarks/favourites lists. I do not know how much it is used for this, but the focus on "book" building does not make it obvious to inexperienced users. I would hope that we now have a good opportunity to revisit this.

@ovasileva - thank you. I am glad to see that this has not been forgotten. But my request stands: until these other tickets are completed, the stated Problem here remains unfinished business.
Can I ask that you keep it open for now? On en.wikipedia, downloading a single page as a PDF now includes tables, fine. But building a PDF book using Book Creator still does not pull in the tables.
