Today for instance on the English Wikipedia, we have a free image of Mr. Springsteen, except on mobile which gives us a fair use image of Columbia Records's cover of Born to Run. In your view, this isn't a problem, correct?

Yesterday, AP reported that the Internet Archive lost its copyright suit, so surely such laws are still in effect.
