The dialogs appear in full size, transparent and overlapping the page content behind.

I expected the URL(once created) to show up beside the other parameter values,at least when it is a required field. But if it is the design, then it is invalid.

4> For the same category, click on the drop-down arrow again and in the resulting pop up enter a different name in the “Sort this page ....” input field. Hit enter to set the value.
5> Click on the drop-down arrow .
6> Click Cancel.
7> Select Categories. The category has been added multiple times.

Yes, it is.
Here, I was also pointing at the typed text appearing plain, i.e., without any language annotation.
{F27349}Screenshot of the JS Error "Offset could not be translated to a DOM element and offset: 2".
I could not reproduce it either. But I did get the JS error “Uncaught Error: Offset could not be translated to a DOM element and offset: 2” and the text typed was just plain paragraph-like.

Found in production too.

I can reproduce it only when I type '1'.But, like you said, typing '2' does not return all. Only the reference at #2 is returned.
This seems fixed now. Cannot Reproduce it anymore.

I can reproduce it, both in beta and test2. The step#5 is the key.
Cannot reproduce either. But, I get "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function” on selecting the indicator down arrow, also the pop-up overrides the added category.

Same behavior with link inspectors, for external links only.
1> insert an external link, say-//cnn.com
2> click on the context menu to open the edit dialog. The dialog opens and closes instantly.
