Update to the comment above: we (Haley and Taís) decided not to update the "In the News" list screen and leave it as is to reduce scope. Link above was updated to reflect the new approach "Phase 1" + colour discussion we had in the team today.

Updated the mockup with the phrasing proposed by Haley above, added extra random colours and max number of lines based on the team meeting today + added it to the newly created "Phase 1" board so we keep all the work for this Phase organized in the same space. Everything else remains the same. Link update in the task.

Talked to @cooltey, and this code has been removed for now while the engineers work on the interests flow. We agreed to keep it in "blocked/waiting" column until it is ready for a new design review

Talked to @cooltey and the "Make Wikipedia Yours" module should be moved to T418770 as requested above.

Thanks for the screenshots, @WRai-WMF - they look good - do you have a screenshot of this screen in tablet view? I am assuming that the implementation is the same as any other educational screens we have (like when we implemented the "Activity" tab). I can't see the "Make Wikipedia yours!" module is this build - is it expected? I see "All the world's knowledge" , Data and Privacy and Languages - will move to blocked and waiting as we discuss this

Thanks @TLessa-WMF, the file size looks better now! I used a website to convert the json file to a .lottie file and it is 112.3KB now.

Oh nice to see that - I think a paid account would allow us to save in the lottie format from the tool I am using - something to explore. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the animation screen. I may need your help next week to figure that out! Thanks!

Design QA done - all the places I could find that would say "Explore" are saying "Home" now.

Tested across themes, and all are working as expected. Note for @ABorbaWMF - in this test, 2 out of 5 times I didn't see the component (I only saw the individual queue articles message, in orange). Could you please take a look at that and see if you can reproduce it?
