@AlexisJazz Thank you for your response. So if I understand correctly Commons made a switch and all pages with old structured data that are mixed with new structured data do not show properly. However it works fine in both the old structured data and the new structured data. Is that correct? So what I would like to be sure of is that the new structured data also shows ful texts, this has not been removed. All the best.

@Aklapper: Interwiki links are a source of discussion. The German Wikipedia removed the Dutch interwiki links one time. It caused a stir. Now you have removed links to 50+ languages for 50+ languages. This can become the next superprotect. Please undo as soon as possible and discuss 'before' it becomes a problem instead of after.
@Aklapper: Also, 27 comments on the language choice does not fully represent 80.000 volunteers and 500 million visitors. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:T4l116q3ruo51ujm
@Aklapper: It is optional, but also is introduced as "default" option. Meaning I have to disable 200x in different languages. Please make it the non-default option or give me an easy way to disable on all languages.
Was introduced today on several wikis. The local communities did not agree to this. Please remove it as standard option. As an interwiki editor I now have to shut the annoying thing down 200 times. Also, very dumb choice of languages. Who picked this. Not the local communities. Please do not introduce this untill people have the option to choose languages, as a group or individually. At the very least remove it as standard and put it as optional.

Currently on Wikidata you can choose from a list of badges, but you cannot choose "no badges". Please add that option, to remove the badge. I had to remove the entire entry from that language, and restore it without the badge.

Seems to be solved. It works fine now. I use Windows and google chrome. But all is well. This topic can be closed.

I did a couple dozen checks. It works :). Thanks for the good work.
Cleared cache, but I still see it https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/special:randompage

You asked for specific indicators why I think a change was made to the software. The last sitenotice, which was taken down 21 september, showed just fine for me. It worked for everyone. The last sitenotice caused a rush of people to complain about the "flashing sitenotice" after it was clicked away problem. I can only assume someone did something to the software to "fix" the flashing, without effect, which is causing the current problem. No other changes were made during the 2 week period. It cannot be that multiple people have issues on multiple browsers where the exact same action caused no problem only 2 weeks ago.
It is not just me, it is not just chrome browser. It is many people. It is several browsers. We need the sitenotice to reach the community this week, with a writing week that is happening right now. Please focus on the software, not on me.

@Aklapper, I cleared my browser cache. I cannot see it on chrome. On nl.wikipedia Ymnes says they can see the sitenotice using Windows with Explorer, Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but not with Linux Ubuntu using Firefox, however Epiphany does work, and they cannot see it on their, iPad and iPone, with desktopsite on or off.
Btw, after this change https://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki%3AAnonnotice&type=revision&diff=45034632&oldid=43699350 I can now see it in explorer when logged out and when logged in. I can still not see it in Chrome logged in or out.
I see <div id="siteNotice"><!-- CentralNotice --><div class="mw-dismissable-notice"><div class="mw-dismissable-notice-close">[<a href="#">sluiten</a>]</div><div class="mw-dismissable-notice-body"><div id="localNotice" lang="nl" dir="ltr"><table style="width:100%; text-align:center;">
Did what you suggested. Does not work. Also people outside nl.wikipedia have issues, like Aklapper above.
The sitenotice on nlwiki is now only being displayed to some. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T114652
Also tested by a user I cannot remember the name of :P. Did work for them.

It seems to have been solved. I can edit these pages again for reasons unknown. When the problem was found it was tested by 5 people. I used IE11 and chrome 44.0.2403.125. The problem existed for at least 3 days prior to this task.
