Just wanted to ask if is there any specific format for GSoC pdf file that needs to uploaded apart from the guidelines from WikiMedia?
Also, the direct print doesn't detect text so links are not clickable.
Is it allowed & correct to directly print (to pdf) the proposal and upload it on GSoC website?

Also, just out of curiosity, if we're NOT publishing the tool (as package) on any registry like NPM, what is the concern here to NOT switch to next LTS?

I'm not convinced the patch makes sense, the engines field is used to denote compatibility of our tool with versions of NodeJS, and has nothing to do with what version of nodejs the tool run in production.
