Hi Oriol, you can see that you are assigned this task. Let me know if that is OK with you. Check with @ESM regarding the leisure activity you know, which can limit the morning start time. Then we can agree a start time interval where the rector can join. Thanks!

@Elitre @Mvolz As you see in the thread, we reverted changes and things work again. However, since I guess we should update our templates for fully accepting all Citoid options, maybe a good approach could be testing this kind of stuff in beta wikis first, such as https://ca.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/ This is what I originally did for enabling many Citoid features. Let's discuss it if you want, maybe it can also be helpful for other communities apart from the Catalan one...
Hi @Elitre , I arrived this bug via comments here: https://ca.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Citoid-template-type-map.json&action=history Some comments about the situation here: https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tema:U78vfqi6wdvcsyj4 I can open another bug if you think it's better. I added myself to tech ambassadors list. Let me know how I can help. Thanks.
Hi @Mvolz I just noticed some changes were made in cawiki and I think they might have provoked that ISBN resolution stopped working (and I don't know other things). I deeply thank the efforts to solve any existing and potential issue, but I think it would have been good to find a way to communicate with the editor community (via local village pump or via a tech liaison) that some actions were going to be performed. Let me know how I can help now and in the future!

Nov 14 2017
We assume at most 10 people per session. Next one is tomorrow morning 8.00 AM CET. Critical day would be next Monday that we could have around 20 registrations the most in 2 sessions (morning and afternoon)

From what I understood from the different meetings last Friday, they consider TFG to imply around 300 hours of work. http://www.uab.cat/web/estudiar/llistat-de-graus/pla-d-estudis/treball-de-fi-de-grau/x-1345468416862.html?param1=1263367146646

Hi @Rfarrand , all, yesterday we met at UAB School of Engineering with Daniel Franco and Antonio Espinosa from the school Government body (http://www.uab.cat/web/l-escola/govern-de-l-escola-1345658411557.html) They shared with us their huge interest in the event and their willingness to make it a success and facilitate it can have a great impact in the university environment and beyond. We already discussed some details and proposals. I would discuss with you this week in person how we can start arranging them in the best possible way.
Oriol is also a starting a conversation with Arts and Humanities Faculty (http://www.uab.cat/lletres/), less than 10 min from Engineering School on foot. Our initial idea would be hosting Friday events there, more conference-based, and Saturday and Sunday hackathon-focused activities being hosted at Engineering School.
I took some photos trying to emphasize on the room needs: https://www.flickr.com/photos/toniher/albums/72157680708475604 I hope this can help you having a better idea of the different venues.

@Mattflaschen-WMF since I think most (if not all) new users were receiving a welcome message in their talk pages, I imagine there must be little difference, and @Vriullop suggestion would be OK (a slightly larger subset of pages) as far as it is technically viable.
Mar 1 2017
Thanks @Trizek-WMF . I'll open another task. So far the discussion was for new users...
Dear all, if still possible I would also request Flow to be activated in newcomers user talk pages, as commented in the cawiki thread. If preferable, I can open another task... And, just curiosity, is it possible for older users to enable this in their talk pages, archiving previous version? Thanks!
Feb 25 2017
Thanks @Mattflaschen-WMF , Wikipedia talk namespace (which hosts pages such as editathons) already has Flow enabled for new pages. However, it was considered that also having Flow enabled in this other namespace could be of great benefit for encouraging contributions and discussion from newcomers.

Hello, would it be possible to enable it in beta cluster cawiki soon for starting some tests?

@greg that's right. Thanks!

Solved. @Vriullop pointed me that the necessary page is: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Visualeditor-cite-tool-definition.json&action=edit

Thanks Mvolz! I see the problem now, templatedata content was actually in doc pages, which I didn't include. Now it's solved and I understand this. I think with this I can advance. On the other hand, I noticed that 'Website' option does not appear in 'Manual' option of Cite popup. How do I make it appear?
