Indicates a set name of an outline when there is a specific name given to an outline from the Wikipedia community. When this name is missing, the Wikidata-based name of the Article type is used. An example of this situation is: English Wikipedia has the Broad-concept article type. To create a specific outline with this name, they will use the label markup: label="Broad-concept article" instead of the article type markup: article-type="Qxx".

The description seems a bit long for a simple attribute to name the outline, and the last part seems to present the label as an alternative to the article-type property where it is not the case. Would it make sense to simplify the contents to something along these lines:

Indicates the name to be used when displaying the outline. By default, outlines are named like the Wikidata item they are associated with. The "label" property allows communities to define a different name that is more aligned with their practicces. For example, an outline for the Wikidata item Q5 ("Human") can use the "label" property to be displayed as "Biography" instead.
