Since this error happened after the last Chrome updated, I haven't been able to understand fully the reason. Thank you both for your interest.

The page resolution is %100 in Chrome. I use in the lastes version of Chrome. Probably, if the safemode is done as such (https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sava%C5%9F%C3%A7%C4%B1_(dizi)?safemode=1), I see a bold line in the 2nd and in every 4 lines after it.

For now, I understand you are saying that it isn't true to integrate this tool into local wikis. My idea is just a suggestion. Of course, this will also have negative aspects. But I thought maybe it was acceptable on Phabricator. If RfC is required on Meta, it may be considered in the future. Thanks.
I thought it would be useful for checkusers in local projects as well. An example from the Turkish Wiki, some users say that the checkusers are not working. Because checkuser logs are closed to the public, it is normal for them to say this. Maybe if other projects have such concerns, I thought that this tool would prevent some of these complaints for checkusers. Thanks.

As of today, my Wikimedia username has been changed. I have to use my new username on Phabricator to get some technical work done. For this, I logged into Phabricator via my new user name on MediaWiki (on this URLhttps://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AOAuth%2Fauthorize&oauth_token=60cb5083c27a8f186f78d393b928e867&oauth_consumer_key=515956f268dcf5738beabe21154df11f). But here my old user name appears. Even when I log in from different devices and web browsers, my old name appears. When I clicked on the change username menu in the settings, I saw that only administrators can do this.
