thanks @Aklapper, I asked on #wikimedia-operations channel. I know that this type of changes need a week to be deployed, but at the moment (without edit all the impacted messages on it.wiki) we still have problems on Italian Wikipedia project.

changes reverted here but still we see problems on it.wiki (reply doesn't work and all related time functions still broken).
