@taavi I've completed the work to migrate Quarry's dependency management to Poetry, replacing requirements.txt.
The patch is available for review as a Pull Request on GitHub: https://github.com/toolforge/quarry/pull/93
The changes include the new pyproject.toml, poetry.lock, and an updated Dockerfile and README.md.
