1. Create a new project using either vuejs or reactjs .
2. Install the necessary modules including test modules like jest.
3. Create a repo on GitHub.
4. git init on your local project.
5. Make a git commit using the guideline in the instruction.
6. Add a remote url and push
7. Design a page with 2 elements:
   • A full width banner with content describing something you enjoy
   • A form with a control that uses javascript to change one or more of the following: -> the banner background -> the banner text -> an image within the banner -> any other element of the banner -> Any change should be viewable without reloading the page -> Add this UI to a commit and push up the changes.
8. After that make another commit and push
9. Then submit it.
