Wychmire added a comment to T273844: Provide a Vue component that wraps CodeEditor (and SyntaxHighlight?).

Prosemirror seems to be completely separate project from CodeMirror (which has what appears to be a complete [beta] rewrite in the form of CodeMirror 6) and is a WYSIWYG editor vs CodeMirror's source editor.
