Somehow mw.loader.load( '//commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Gadget-HotCat.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript' ) doesn't happen from gadget.js it works if invoked manually in common.js
There were no changes on hy:WP or Armenian translation on Commons, so not sure what triggered it. Would appreciate someone looking into it.

Thanks @JeanFred !
Can Category redirect be a workaround for this?

There is known issue, which requires adding manual exceptions for contests for Armenia. Please see: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T284129
I've added line in GitHub and made a pull request, but I believe we'll need @JeanFred help to merge and deploy.

Also is there any fast hack to make this futureproof? Haven't had a chance to tinker with codebase.

I'd throw few more details, which I think can be helpful.
Few users, including myself experienced this issue on Namecheap hosting.
@Rehman figured that was related to their Apache mod_security rules. (see here https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Vv9zl5e9gre77rgq)
I've faced that issue and asked Namecheap tech support to provide more details. Apparently our POST request mosses Content-Length Header, and that's what triggers their mod_security rules.

Dear @Trizek-WMF, I guess I missed your first comment.
Closest template will be Կաղապար:Անաղբյուր . While interwikis link it to Template:More citations needed on Armenian Wikipedia, we currently use it in both cases - when there are no sources AND when quanitity or quality of sources is subpar.

I think due to typo in URL for translation page, it leads to Hungarian (hu), instead of Armenian (hy). Updated link is:

@bd808 Frankly 2 weeks ago I've found workaround for djvutoxml - I copied binary and it's libraries from Jessie installation to python venv bin folder, and then alternated binary with patchelf so it will look for shared libraries in new destination, and this works for me now.
But it's a really duct-tape solution, mundane to keep updated and secure in future, plus I believe there are at least half a dozen tools using djvutoxml, so it's something which other people will need when they'll migrate to Kubernetes.

It also works for me now. Few days after creating this issue, problem still was present, but about a week ago, I've checked and there were no issues with file.
Guess we won't understand what went wrong with it now, as it's not reproducible, and we can close this.
