Xennis added a comment to T128993: SyntaxHighlight not working on MediaWiki 1.26+ (due to SELinux?).
I had the same issue and found a solution: I upload the "pygmentize" file (in the "pygments" folder) by using "binary" as transfer type in my FTP client.
