I've had a talk to the economy firm about how to handle the member's database. I have now delegated the matter to them and André to handle.

Have ha meeting with Opad about the last bits that are needed to finish off 2016. A couple of minor things remains, but the bulk is fixed.
Had meeting with Opad about the new routines. A few small things remains to be fixed, but nothing major.

A system for hourly costs have been set up.

Sara and I had a very good meeting with Cornelius and Nicole of WMDE about setting up the Diversity conference 2017. They shared their experiences with hosting the Wikimedia Conference in Berlin over the past few years.
Had meeting with Eric about updating WMSE:s grphic profile. Eric will work a bit more on it. I will have a closer look at free fonts.
Represented WMSE at Stockholmskällan's birthday party and launch for their new webpage. Stockholmskällan is one of our important project partners.

Had a follow up meeting with the treasurer about the move from the old economic system to the new. There's still a few kinks to sort out, but we're getting there.
Dealt with and sent on all invoices and other economical papers to our accounting firm, OPAD.
Discussed WMF:s ongoing fund raising campaign in Sweden and in other parts of the world. We also expressed an ongoing interest in the opportunity to contact Swedish donors to tell them more about WMSE.
Set up new contract, signed and ready by Mattias and I. Stipulates that he can stay on until the last of February 2018. (He will be on paternity leave roughly från September 2017 through to January 2018.)
