I have also confirmed, by creating a docker-compose.override.yml that overrides the WIKIBASE_HOST variable and re-creating both wdqs-based containers, then deleting the override and re-creating them again, that the VocabularyVersioningException only occurs while the override file is in place and sets an environment variable that is different from the initial one. As I mentioned above, this has also worked out on production in the past.

I would like to revisit this topic since we got the very same exception trace in one of our instances.

This may be slightly off-topic, but what about the query ui and its RdfNamespaces.js definition?
Given that we might be changing wd, wdt etc prefixes using prefixes.conf, it might be confusing to have the UI add different prefixes to the query editor using the pin button (Prefixes → Add Standard Prefixes).

I'm a little confused as to the status of this and related projects. I just set up Phragile to discover that it doesn't add any value to what the sprint extension already provides (Or did I miss something?) and looking at this thread it seems that both the Phabricator-Sprint-Extension and Phragile have been deprecated in favor of Phlogiston ?

Hmm... From what I found on extension licenses, it only needs to be a GPLv2 compatible license. The wiki page explicitly lists Apache 2.0 among those.
