Well, contact person is actually the one who founded the user group and also one of designated contact for Wikimedia Foundation, Tuanminh01, and he also the one who support this idea.

@Dzahn right after the task submitted to here, there are people change their mind from argee to disagree, and people who just added his arguments with the suggestion. I guess this task will delay TBD in next resolution of the User Group, sorry about this incidents.

The Discussion section is about another problems and issues of UG, not directly related to the request about setup a fishbowl wiki, there were none any other arguments about fishbowl wiki itself, but about the direction of UG. If there was, they should place the opinion in Voting Resolution section, not the Discussion.

@Aklapper As I wrote above, the RfC already closed without any result about deploy or not this tool in future. In the case WMF decided to remove this tool or will not setup for new request, there should be a at least a notice about that decision.

Will this request have any chance to be process? The current development of Vietnamese Wikipedia really need support of reviewer as soon as possible.

Will this new WMF home page get translation for others language than English?

As the result in local consensus, the Vietnamese Wikibooks community agreed to adopt the same "elminator" group in vi.wp into vi.wb, so their rights should be the same as in vi.wp.

I read the discussion about Flagged revisions on Meta to figure the future of extension as Dereckson said in ur.wp case, but the discussion ended and more community still waiting for deploy this tool in their wikis.
