sapper added a comment to T383521: generator=allredirects with garnamespace parameter bring the wrong result.

Until the end of November, the API behaved differently, returning only pages within the Draft namespace that redirect to other pages.
The behavior is currently inconsistent:
- When using generator=allredirects, the API returns all pages that redirect to the Draft namespace, regardless of their own namespace.
- When using list=allredirects, the API correctly returns only pages within the Draft namespace that redirect to other pages.
