For my knowledge seems not every zh-tw messages are suitable to moving to zh-hant as the messages in zh-hant are intended to showing the messages for Traditional Chinese in general.

That's another one which was posted few days ago with the exact symptom which triggers the Abuse Filter as described above.

@Nikerabbit the one just posted was exactly the same symptom in the description field. Have no idea whether the mass message sender can set the precedence or it is set by the backend for that one.

I couldn't find any existing subtasks for this symptom. Looks likely it's necessary to create a new subtask onto the parent task.

Looks like the patch is good for go for that. Let see if any backport to the current supported branches is necessary or not.

The next step of that is to import those from incubator to the proper site. Not quite sure is to continue in this task, or create the new task regarding for that.
