Yes, the sync issue makes sense. I yesterday imported a few modules and templates any of those may be causing issues.

@KartikMistry, @Pginer-WMF and team, All the languages are available in Google Cloud API now, (see: https://cloud.google.com/translate/docs/languages) could you please deploy the changes? Thanks.
