So the reason of the problem seems from MediaWiki itself.

In a nutshell: the MediaWiki:Pagetitle-view-mainpage can't work in mobile version.

This bug is not only in Chinese Wikipedia, but in all Wikimedia Project Sites.

Cannot reproduce locally with librsvg2-2.48.4: The PNG file created with rsvg-convert --format=png --output=.tv_domain_name_logo.png .tv_domain_name_logo.svg looks as expected for the third version in that page.

This problem is already affected to view location about something (such as a station, a city, etc), please fix it ASAP!
