This new form (often unused) makes longer page to scroll to actual list. And tag input is too wide ;), and still primitive. Are non-horizontal forms standard now? Where to discuss this change?

Misunderstanding. This disabled the whole feature. We asked to have two tabs by default for not logged in. Users can't now set SET in their preferences.
Problem is VisualEditor is loaded first, taking a while, and then dialog is shown.

I am sure this is the reason: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Cite/commit/351a08d1b79d7817c634597178dc35a49239a741

Other wiki has this issue too. Is it intentional?

I think it is because some translations are marked as "FUZZY" because of "Namespace changed from the definition". Try to confirm it and wait for next update.

Make sure you have enabled both NWE and CodeMirror and CodeMirror is activated completely (colors on new editor or activate in normal editor before).

- Enter recentchanges
- Choose namespace(s) to filter
- Click exclude button
- It should exclude selected namespaces - it works
- Now save whole set
- Enter to RC again
- Load saved filter
- Notice selected namespaces are not excluded but included. Can't see "not" word on buttons in Active filters and on results it shows only from selected namespaces instead "from all excluding selected".
Maybe only me?
And when you enter on Recentchanges page and load saved setting you still have "not" options to them? It saves only namespaces but "not" is not assigned.

Also checkboxes on the left side of names.

The same reason is for collapsing checkbox in ERI filters?

No, it needs one move.
I found it can be partly achieved by moving one (for example left) after the second pointer.

This is good function. But if someone thinks not - maybe adding button like in external editors to show/hide markings for non-visible elements like tabs, newlines?
