@Aklapper: I did my best following that protocol, but for example the logo-test tool is not working anymore... We do what we can, and some of our local admins have good tech skills, but we have seen how these kinds of tasks are being externalized here or via Meta permissions.

Just saw the announcement of the Basque Wikipedia about this new feature. It looks great, and this is how many wikipedians envision our future Wikimedia interface if we really want Wikimedia projects to exist in 10 years time.

Hi. What is the state of deployment for the other language pairs like Dutch to Catalan? I just tried to use it via the Content Translation tool and it’s not available yet at all.

Indeed, the change proposed for this ticket across all Catalan-language sister projects is only for their wordmarks (for Wiktionary, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wiktionary-wordmark-ca.svg). And that's why the discussions in each Village Pump were opened for.

I think the last comment from @Vriullop is not legit, as the discussion is clearly still ongoing whether what should we do with the logo. Taking advantage of a ticket that was focused in the wordmark to quickly ask for a change in the logo when the ticket is almost closed (and minutes after commenting that in the local village pump) is not a nice move.

The notification to each village pump has been posted now for at least a week. In some projects, the few comments have been all positive towards the proposed change. Thank you.

I agree with @Qgik comment. But that's why the "most active wiki" should not rely on recent editions that can disrupt the long term editing practice, but rather focus in "all-time most active wiki". That way we will match the identification feeling of a user, in most cases, within a solid timeline.

Thank you for creating this ticket. The current situation creates a severe lack of understanding of the representatiom feeling of our voting communities and tends to homogenise participation towards major wikis.

The translation tool from Softcatalà is not only the best for Catalan, but currently the most updated and revised for the pairs with Aragonese and Occitan too. Considering that they are neighboring languages, its final deployment would expand the benefits up to 3 minorized languages (1% of the total existing languages on Wikipedia).

Where can we search for the resolution of these "Assistance and instructions have been provided to assist them in this"? I may have missed them as a proper communication in our local technical Village pumps. Thank you.

Also many problems in the Catalan Wikipedia with our labels for featured articles or the coordinates.
I can only see a year from this thread and increasing issues and projects affected.
