Allow the deploy user to get pod logs

While it would be nice if helm could expose pod logs, at least when helm
test is used (https://github.com/helm/helm/issues/1957) deployers will
still probably needs access to logs. Add 2 rights to the deploy role for
that. The right to get pods info and the right to get pods/log info
