Create help dialog for TwoColConflict

TODO:

1. Clicking the body when the tutorial is open needs to hide the tutorial
2. Proper images need to be added
3. Fix error "this.slides[this.slidePointer] is undefined" to reproduce the error open the tutorial, navigate

to the end, close it, then reopen it and click the next button

4. "HelpDialog.static" attributes should all be dynamic rather than static
