MMV is not a hard dependency

This extension is more than the integration with MultiMediaViewer
(even though that's undoubtedly the most interesting part)

In addition to the MMV integration, this extension also:

• has an ImageHandler (ThreeDHandler) which will let MW understand these files (so ImagePage.php can display them properly)
• has the patent additions to Special:Upload

Both of the above don't require MMV, and the code already checks
the presence of MMV before loading the relevant JavaScript (see
Hooks::onBeforePageDisplay)
Even without MMV, this extension is useful - if limited.
