Description

Add a visual indicator to Captions/Depicts panels when in edit mode

  • Updates the DepictsPanel component to add/remove the wbmi-entityview-editable class as it toggles between edit and read states; the Captions panel already includes this behavior with the same class.
  • Updates the mediainfo-filepage stylesheet so that the presence of the wbmi-entityview-editable modifier class on either wbmi-entityview-captionsPanel or wbmi-entityview-statementsGroup causes the border-color to change to the "Accent10" shade from the Wikimedia Style Guide (https://design.wikimedia.org/style-guide/visual-style_colors.html); "Accent colors are used to emphasize actions and to highlight key information", which seems appropriate here.
