Used @cond to work around parsing errors. * Updated, rewrote or added documentation for various configuration globals. * Removed obsolete-since-ice-age $wgDBconnection. * Added vim mode lines for awesome folding behaviour. * Tested by dumping and sorting $GLOBALS, confirmed that there are no unexpected changes.
