fsd: add Free Software Directory entries

When the label of an can be retrieved via
http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/$label, add a Free Software Directory
entry identifier. To avoid mistakes, the
http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/$label page is parsed for templates
and the Name parameter of the Template:Entry template is verified to
match the english label.
