Improve differential tabs

Summary:
This adds the open, merged and abandoned tabs as found in gerrit.

This help since the open tabs shows all open patches now instead of the
other tabs which only show certain ones or shows only the ones you
uploaded makes it easy to view all patches even ones you did not upload.

Also add merged and abandoned patches to make finding patches that have
been merged easy and same for abandoned.
