Fix going to /r/history

Summary:
Currently going there dosent work.
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/r/history/mediawiki/extensions/Cite;refs/heads/master/

But lets just duplicate if ($data['action'] == 'branch') {

but remove the bits we doint need for going to /r/history and a link to
/r/history.
