Changes of note:

• it's possible that sidebar may reorder and changes to MediaWiki:Sidebar

and/or site css may be required to retain old order.

• Minor changes to search form in footer - access key removed in favor of

the other search box in the page

• Print link is no longer duplicated
• .tagline element is unconditionally rendered even if message is

blanked

• Some labels in #footer-navigation have changed
• Various IDs in the footer are modified to be consistent with core

and prefixed "ca" e.g.

• cb-ca-unwatch => ca-cb-watch
• cb-ca-edit => ca-cb-edit
